Church Information

•Room and Board for staff (approximately 6-8).
•Staff arrives Saturday afternoon and departs Saturday morning.
•Sports facilities.
•Sports equipment as needed.
•2 assistants for every sport.
•If there is a sport you wish to have that we do not offer, you will be responsible for securing the necessary coaches and providing the necessary equipment (unless arrangements are made prior to the summer with Infinity Sports).
•Promotional opportunities.
•Sunday evening service or Sunday evening small group father, or week-night small group gathering.
•Camper insurance.
•Promotion for Sports Ministry training if this is desired.

WHAT TO DO?

•Send in the RESERVE form once camp is confirmed along with a $500 non-refundable deposit.
•Send in REGISTRATION FORM prior to May 1.

•Must guarantee a minimum of 50 campers.
•Full day Camp Fee: $115 per person with $100 for the second person in the same family.
•$500 non-refundable deposit will hold your week of camp. This is due within two weeks after reservation is made.
•$40 camper deposit for the minimum number of campers (50) will be due March 1 ($2,000).
•If you cancel, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
•If you cancel after May 1, the camper deposit will be forfeited.

•Quality sports training in Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Volleyball, Flag Football, Disc Games, and Fitness with a strong emphasis on skill development, sport related drills, and games to enhance the learning process.

•Group picture for each camper.
•Sports Ministry Training opportunity through involvement in the Infinity Sports Camp.
